EnidHARDINGEnid was born in Cheshire and moved to Devon in 1958, she has been in Washfield at the same house since 1964. She passed away peacefully at Somerville House Care Home on 6th May 2024 aged 92 years.
Much loved mother of Mark and Kate - she will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
She was a stalwart of the local community where she was an active organiser and selflessly gave her time to helping others over the decades, being involved in many organisations, too numerous to mention here. She rode a motorcycle until she was 82 and was keen golfer, hiker, reader and she also loved her garden.
If you are able please plant a tree or shrub in your own garden in remembrance of Enid.
Following a private cremation, a celebration of Enid's life will take place at a later date in Washfield.
